Sometimes all the information, symptoms, appointments, medications, what ifs... it just becomes too much. Having cancer is sometimes like having a second job. You make spreadsheets to keep track of your bloodwork, you need an extra planner to keep track of all your "meetings", and you have to schedule people to help you get everything done... of course all this has to be done while keeping up the "normal" life too. You lose control over your life because you are on cancer's schedule. So how can you regain some control in those moments where you are overwhelmed? Hit up the office supply store! Oh and grab your current favorite uplifting book! :)
