Criteria: Tasks or goals must be specific and easily measured
Why The
List: I’ve seen many other bloggers doing this and decided to take on
the challenge myself. Annnnd there are so many things I have thought about
doing but never do for various reasons. This is a list for the world to see.
Failures or successes, I’m ready for it. Bring it.

Physical and Spiritual
Health
1. Run a 5K - Race for the Cure Sept 22, 2012 {in training}
2. Work out 3/week for 2 months
3. Fit into a really old pair of jeans
4. Take a yoga class
5. Clean my house weekly for 2 months
6. Get 8+hrs of sleep every day for 1 week
7. Go vegetarian for 2 weeks [not vegan]
8. Give up pop for 1 month
9. Drink 8 glasses of water/day for
1month
10.
Lose 25lbs
11. Keep a prayer journal and write in it at least once/week
12. Try 15 new healthy recipes
13. Don’t complain for 1 week [to others, online, etc ]
14. Go low carb for 1 week
15. Go Raw Foods for 1 week
16. Create a prayer corner in my house
Financial Fitness
17. No
specialty coffee buying for 1mo [Starbucks, Biggby, etc]
18. Go without cable for 6 months
19. Create a budget and stick to it for 3 months
20. Pay off my car (Done! 11/11!)
21. Pay off my credit cards… working on a snowball plan
22. And then don’t use the credit cards for at least 3 mos
23. Move into/purchase a house or condo
24. Go one week without buying anything [gas, bills, groceries excluded]
25. Buy one complete outfit from a thrift store [shoes & undergarments
excluded]
26. Get a promotion and/or raise [not just the normal yearly one]
